We recently completed the redevelopment of the old Brightwater Commons. Phase one was the construction of the New Studios for URBAN BREW, including the conversion of the cinemas to film studios. The second phase was for the construction of the new retail centre, FERNDALE ON REPUBLIC, which included retaining and upgrading some of the existing buildings, with a total contract value of approximately R 350 Million.

We have built a variety of motor dealerships from the more cost effective dealerships to the most luxurious world class dealerships including BMW, MERCEDES and PORSCHE.

Over the years we have completed a number of residential contracts including upmarket apartments and luxury houses and we have also developed our own residential projects.

To give testimony to our versatility we recently completed an upmarket private institution, Reddam College Helderfontein with Boarding Facilities and the most impressive Sports Centre.
